I don't know about you, but I think the best way to feel good and to enjoy my foods is to have an idea at the start of the week of what I am going to eat.Especially if I am going to be training quite a bit at the gym, I love to know I have PLENTY of meals prepared in advance, or at least an idea of what I will have. One weekly staple in our house is slow cooked chicken breasts. They accommodate packed lunches for a few days. I will post my simple slow cooked chicken recipe very soon.
