Look at their busy little hands! My next kids workshop is 11th March and I have limited spots.

Lion (Aslan) is the theme of the day! A lion print ( RRP £30) will be included for each participant.

Location- Belfast city centre. Location tbc

2-4 age group (parents stay) 10:30-11:30am. Sensory and Aslan painting £20

5-7 age group 12-1pm £20 Sketching and Aslan painting

8-10 age group. 1:30- 3pm. £25 Charcoal, pastel and Aslan lion painting. Should you decide to go ahead please let me know your child’s name, the chosen age group and their date of birth. Your name and phone number. I will add you to the spreadsheet!

Washing dishes in a basin in the downstairs toilet and wouldn’t have it any other way!! Dust to the eyeballs but look at how happy I am. We purchased our house because of the location ( close to the beach). To be fair the beach walks are enough for us but the 70s kitchen had started to fall apart. So we have taken the leap and I am so thankful to be in the thick of it. Long May that continue!!

Three rooms have been knocked into one, we have windowsils and after 8 days they re plumbed the washing machine so tonight it will be lit with laundry!! How amazing are tradesmen? Making our house a home one brick and one drill at a time!

Painting transports me and my mind to a place@of@calm. Exercise @alyhartesfitness takes my excess energy and rolls into positivity. Painting is the perfect partner to that. The combination of expression and movement in my week, as I move closer to my 40th. Birthday, has been a fire I never thought would burn so bright.

I was a part of the hustle culture to get my business to where it is. I’m thankful for all of the hours. However, i’m even more thankful for reflection and consistency now as I delve deeper into ideas for exhibitions later this year. Thanks for following. This painting is available.
