If you are unsatisfied with your product please return within fourteen days of purchase by registered post.
Should your product become damaged in transit please do not throw away the print. Contact Aly here.
If your unwanted or incorrect print has already been received, package it and send it back to the studio at 139 Main Street, Holywood BT18 9LG in it’s original cardboard envelope / tube within 14 days of letting us know that you want to cancel your order and return the product (we recommend you use a signed-for delivery service with proof of postage).
Please note that you will have to bear the direct cost of returning the product.
All returns must be authorised via email BEFORE returning. This can be done by contacting email@example.com
