
14 Mar Pink smoothie || RECIPE
It’s not often I stray from banana as a base for my smoothie.
This one is really good, is packed with nutrients and my kids love it.
INGREDIENTS
- Four strawberries
- 8-10 raspberries
- Handful raw cashews
- 1 medjool date pitted
- 1 – 1 1/2 cups almond milk
- Tsp maple syrup
- Tbsp coconut oil
METHOD
- Wash fruit
- Measure out other ingredients
- Add all to blender and blend to creaminess
