26 Dec Five minutes with Iain Henderson| Ulster & Irish rugby international
This is a spot on the blog where we have some fun and get an insight into the lives of some pretty special people.
It’s a brief window of opportunity for you to learn about the everyday things that make the people who you respect in the sporting world, the wellbeing forum and the food realm, tick.
Iain Henderson attended the School my husband works at in Belfast. When I worked as a professional photographer I snapped his 6th form picture so if I was feeling ambitious I would dig into the archives and find the photo I have of Iain, but that’s not the uniform that we recognise him for these days.
He is more recognisable in an Ulster or Ireland rugby shirt.

I’m currently sitting with crutches, had a proximal hamstring tear off the bone, recover from this injury and try and get back into the next Ireland squad selection!
